Certain Imagine For Us marks may be the subject of pending applications for registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Nothing contained on the Site grants, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use the IMAGINE FOR US name, marks, logos, wordmarks, visual identity, or other brand elements without prior written permission.
You may not reproduce, imitate, modify, display, distribute, or use these elements in a manner that is likely to cause confusion, falsely suggest affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or authorization, or otherwise violate our intellectual property rights.
The absence of a trademark, service mark, or other proprietary symbol beside a name, logo, or other brand element does not constitute a waiver of any rights that Imagine For Us may have in that name, logo, or brand element.
❋ SELECTED WORK, PORTFOLIO AND THIRD-PARTY MATERIALSThe Site may feature selected projects, collaborations, campaigns, client work, photography, artwork, trademarks, names, logos, products, or other materials associated with clients, collaborators, photographers, artists, vendors, partners, or other third parties.

You may not use automated technologies to generate, develop, or facilitate the creation of materials that reproduce, imitate, substantially derive from, or commercially exploit proprietary Imagine For Us content in violation of our rights.
Nothing in this section is intended to prohibit activity that cannot lawfully be restricted under applicable law.
